His background includes 10 years of military leadership experience in the US Navy, as well as, 20 years of Leadership and Coaching experience in a variety of industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Lean Manager from Ohio State University.
